Codebox Solutions warranty policy is in accordance with the terms and conditions of its respective suppliers. 1 Year Manufacturer / Distributor / Supplier Limited Warranty on major products unless otherwise stated in product page.
The warranty covers any hardware defects and excludes any software issues, natural disasters, power surge, neglect, or unauthorized repair / modification. Kindly refer product’s manufacturer warranty policy for more specific details.
All Products are covered by Manufacturer / Distributor warranty. Warranty does not include transport, delivery or handling charge incurred in the transportation of the equipment/accessories to the manufacturer / distributor service centre.
We do not charge our customers for claiming warranty item(s) to (and from) Manufacturer / Distributor service centre.
Customer may have option to inform us to check/test the products on behalf before we ship the products. All items sold are final and under no circumstances will a refund be given. In the unlikely event a warranty issue does arrive we will fix or replace the product within 30 to 45 days of receiving the RMA item.
*We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration.
Returning and sending back transportation fees both ways at buyers own cost. Buyers also may send it back directly to our service center for the warranty process. Our service representatives will be glad to assist you.
Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on software once the package has been opened. Defective software CD media will be exchanged for the same title CD media only within 30 days from the day of purchase. All software product is backed by the software product manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Codebox Solutions carry 100% genuine products.

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by codebox.my. As all prices are subject to change, your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate price changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.
codebox.my shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card is charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled by us, codebox.my shall immediately issue a credit(refund) to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Currently, we can only send orders to street addresses in West and East Malaysia. We do not deliver to a PO Box address. We are unable to ship to any International address.
During peak sale/promotional periods, we may not be able to fulfill next day deliveries due to heavy surges in online orders – you will be advised of any product availability issues when placing your order.
West Malaysia: Additional 3 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.
The availability of Cash on Delivery for purchases made on codebox.my (the “Site”) is subject to the Cash on Delivery terms & conditions below which are separate from and in addition to the Conditions of Use that govern your use of the Site, including each order that you place.
Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders shipped to the Peninsular Malaysia*. The payment option of Cash on Delivery is available only for items sold by Codebox.my. Cash on Delivery not available for purchases for East Malaysia. If orders received from East Malaysia for Cash on Delivery payment method, we will cancel the order.
